Shift
Shift is a change management firm that provides strategies for companies to adjust to the changing needs of their organization. The spaces need to keep people engaged, motivated and progressing. This is accomplished by incorporating angled elements and opportunities to travel through the space. Shift works with its clients to reveal their organizations structure and get to the core with a clear and transparent approach. This element is carried through the design by incorporating transparent cubes that house the offices and conference rooms, as well as, cut out spaces along the corridors that provide quiet spaces for individual or small group work.
